To explain my DAs, I made this carrd! Delusional Attachments are an identity delusion or delusional misidentification caused by psychosis or any delusional disorder in where someone believes they are something they are not, in my case its fictional characters.
I'd rather not be reality checked as this is part of some coping mechanism my brain has to keep my sense of self. Some are constant some are episodic, I can not control it is it's not something you choose.
The term IRL is also used which some people may prefer over DA.
